$500 per 24 hour period
Our standard rental for retreats, gatherings, ceremonies, and private events.
Everything on the property is yours for a full 24 hours.
Weddings & Celebrations
$2,000 3-day Minimum
Three days to set up, celebrate, and restore the land.
We've hosted dozens of weddings here — each one unforgettable, each one held by the beauty of this place.
Practitioner Rate
10% of Total Reciepts
For therapists, healers, coaches, and bodyworkers bringing individual clients to the space. Ideal for 1-4 clients. Weekdays preferred.
A flexible arrangement designed to make the land accessible for one-on-one work.
Nonprofits & recurring groups may be eligible for a reduced rate, offered on a case-by-case basis.
+$100 House Basement Per Night
Two private bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom, and gathering space in the main house.
Perfect for facilitators who need a private place to rest and prepare meals separately from the group.
~$100 Individual Overnight Stay
Just you and the land.
For those who simply seek a sweet night of stillness, falling asleep to the sound of the creek, and restorative rest.
Custom Evening or Small Group Rates
For drum circles, song circles, evening gatherings, or small groups.
Priced at 10% of registrations or negotiated directly with Michele. Weekday availability preferred.
Booking & Cancellation
Deposit to Confirm
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Your date is not held until the deposit is received.
Cancellation — 30+ Days Out
Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 30 or more days before your booked event. No questions asked.
Cancellation — Within 30 Days
If you need to cancel within 30 days of your event, your deposit may be applied toward a rescheduled date. We work with you to find an alternative that works.
Check-In & Check-Out
Your 24-hour period begins at your agreed check-in time and ends 24 hours later. Check-out by 10am is preferred where possible.
